This policy explains how Revel Design LLC (“Revel Design,” “we,” or “us”) uses information on revel.design, how our website tools work, and the choices you have. For questions or privacy requests, email [email protected].
Information we use.
When you contact us, use chat, submit a form, or book a meeting, you may provide your name, email address, telephone number, business details, availability, and the message or project information you choose to share. We use this information to respond, arrange meetings, discuss services, and carry out agreed work.
The website and its providers also process connection information such as IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, timestamps, and security or error information. Some of this information can identify a person or browser, even if it does not include a name. Optional analytics and advertising tools may also use cookie identifiers and information about website activity when you allow them.
Please send only the information needed for your inquiry. If a project involves additional AI, CRM, or business systems, the relevant tools, access, and handling of project information are discussed as part of that work.

A provider may use security or anti-abuse checks when you load a contact tool, form, booking calendar, or video. These can include necessary provider cookies and, where configured, Google reCAPTCHA or similar protections. Those protections support the requested feature; they do not require you to enable the website’s separate analytics or advertising categories.
Your privacy choices.
Use the Privacy & cookies control at the lower left of any page to review or change your choices. Optional categories start off. You can reject optional categories, allow all available categories, or save individual choices.
Essential: stores your privacy choices and supports security and administrator sign-in. Contact tools & external content: loads HubSpot forms, chat, booking, and external media. Analytics: allows Google Analytics and HubSpot website measurement; HubSpot measurement also needs its contact tools enabled. Advertising: allows Google Ads measurement and advertising cookies.
You can use contact tools while keeping analytics and advertising off. If you keep contact tools off, you can still email [email protected] or call (786) 654-7770. Submitting an inquiry does not itself turn on the separate analytics or advertising choices.
Your choice is saved in a first-party preference cookie for up to 180 days in this browser. Clearing the cookie or using another browser can cause the choices to be requested again. Changing your choice stops future optional loading on this site and refreshes an already-loaded page where needed. Cookies already stored by another provider may also need to be cleared through your browser settings.
A supported Global Privacy Control signal keeps advertising off. A supported Do Not Track signal keeps analytics and advertising off. Security, website delivery, server logs, and cookieless performance measurement are separate from these optional cookie categories.

How information is handled.
Information is handled by Revel Design and the service providers supporting the relevant website feature or business work. Providers may process information in countries other than the one you are in. Their policies describe their processing, safeguards, and available privacy choices.
We keep information for the purposes for which it was collected, including responding to inquiries, providing agreed services, maintaining business records, and meeting applicable obligations. The period depends on the information and purpose. Ask us if you need details about an inquiry, project, or record.
The website uses HTTPS to protect information in transit. Website administration, service access, maintenance, and backups are managed as part of operating the site. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or where necessary to address security, fraud, or legal claims.
Questions and privacy requests.
Email [email protected] to ask about information we hold, request a correction or deletion, or discuss a privacy concern. We may need to verify a request before acting and will consider it according to the circumstances and applicable requirements. You can change optional website cookie choices directly using the control at the lower left.
We may update this policy as the website, tools, or services change. The date above identifies the latest revision. Optional cookie consent is managed through your choices, rather than being inferred from continued browsing.
